Emily and Trudie are a Seattle-based foraging duo. 

Emily has been working in Seattle’s local food system space since 2015, and has loved foraging for wild mushrooms since childhood. Emily’s love of food and farmers has driven her journey, and through her relationships to several local farms and food businesses is able to offer truffles for sale, truffle hunting opportunities, and our rotating truffle treats. 

Trudie joined the team in 2021, and officially started finding her own truffles in 2023. In addition to being scent trained, Trudie holds her AKC Canine Good Citizenship certification (basically a dog-world term meaning she’s a certified good girl). She loves nothing more than making people happy, so join us on a hunt and help celebrate each truffle she finds!
